  • Conduct initial telephonic and video screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and role suitability before presenting shortlists to hiring managers.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define ideal candidate profiles, and develop targeted sourcing strategies for each position.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
  • Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles by proactively engaging passive candidates and maintaining long-term professional relationships.

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR function within a corporate or staffing environment.
  • Proficiency in using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Shine, along with familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English, with the ability to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards and meeting deadlines.
  • A proactive, self-driven attitude with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge of Indian labour laws, hiring compliance standards, and best practices in diversity and inclusion recruitment is an added advantage.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package with performance-linked incentives and annual salary reviews aligned to market benchmarks.
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage for employees and immediate family members, including medical, dental, and wellness benefits.
  • Structured learning and development programs, access to online learning platforms, and clear career progression pathways within the HR function.
  • Flexible work arrangements including hybrid work options to support a healthy work-life balance for all team members.
  • A collaborative, inclusive, and employee-first workplace culture that values diversity, recognizes individual contributions, and celebrates team success.
