We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Team Member - Talent Acquisition to join our growing Human Resources team in India. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent across various business functions. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and senior recruiters to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from the first point of contact through to successful placement. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for assigned roles across business units.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles to ensure effective talent alignment.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media platforms, and campus networks to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial telephonic and video screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and salary expectations before presenting shortlists to stakeholders.
- Maintain and regularly update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate documentation of candidate progress and recruitment metrics.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring panels, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience for all parties involved.
- Support employer branding initiatives by representing the organization at job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and industry networking events.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR function within a corporate or staffing environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar job portals commonly used in the Indian market.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with candidates, hiring managers, and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and basic HR software tools; experience with tools such as Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, or Workday is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
