About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Team Member – Talent Acquisition to join our growing Human Resources team in India. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent across various business functions. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination for assigned roles across business units.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, define job specifications, and develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media platforms, and campus recruitment drives to build a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
  • Conduct structured telephonic and video screening interviews to assess candidate suitability, cultural fit, and alignment with role expectations before presenting shortlists to hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal hiring policies.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessment rounds, and feedback sessions while ensuring a timely and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness to support continuous improvement of the talent acquisition function.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by representing the organization at job fairs, campus events, and online platforms to enhance the company's visibility as an employer of choice.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. An MBA in HR is an added advantage.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a corporate or staffing environment in India.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sourcing passive and active candidates using platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Shine, and Indeed.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and at least one regional language, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and basic HR tools; experience with platforms such as Zoho Recruit, Keka, or Workday is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver results within tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential candidate and organizational information.
