About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Team Member – Talent Acquisition to join our growing Human Resources team in India. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent across various business functions. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination for assigned roles across departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop targeted sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals within defined timelines.
  • Source qualified candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus drives, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct initial telephonic and video screening interviews to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and cultural alignment before presenting shortlists to hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate regular recruitment reports and dashboards for leadership review.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions to reduce time-to-fill and ensure business continuity.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessment tests, and feedback sessions while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives including participation in job fairs, campus engagement programs, and social media recruitment campaigns.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a corporate or staffing environment in India.
  • Proficiency in using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Shine, and Monster, along with familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
  • Good understanding of Indian labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry-specific hiring practices.
  • A proactive, self-driven attitude with strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
