Team Member - Talent Acquisition

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Team Member - Talent Acquisition to join our growing Human Resources team in India. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent across various business functions. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles for open positions across departments.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and campus recruitment drives to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct structured telephonic and video screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the role.
• Maintain and regularly update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring panels, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the process.
• Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates to identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Support employer branding initiatives by representing the organization at job fairs, campus events, and online platforms to enhance visibility among target talent pools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field from a recognized university.
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR function within a corporate or staffing environment.
• Proficiency in using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools commonly used in the Indian recruitment market.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and basic HR software; experience with tools such as Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organizational efficiency.
