Team Member - Talent Acquisition

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Team Member – Talent Acquisition to join our growing Human Resources team in India. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent across various business functions. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for assigned roles across departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles to develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and talent databases to build a strong and diverse candidate pipeline.
• Conduct structured telephonic and video screening interviews to evaluate candidates on skills, experience, and cultural alignment before presenting shortlists to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring panels, ensuring timely communication and a smooth experience for all parties involved.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives, including participation in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and social media engagement to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness to support continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a corporate or staffing environment in India.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and similar job portals commonly used in the Indian market.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite, with an ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously without compromising quality.
• A proactive, candidate-centric mindset with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering an exceptional recruitment experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment while also managing individual responsibilities with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
