About the role

This position is a team-level role within the Client Relations and Operations function, supporting the delivery of financial services to customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring smooth operational processes on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities are expected to include:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serving as a point of contact for clients, addressing queries, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience.
