About the role

The employer is looking for a Team Member – Client Relations & Operations to join their team. This role sits at the intersection of client servicing and operational support, requiring the candidate to manage client interactions while ensuring smooth back-end processes.

The successful candidate will be expected to build and maintain strong client relationships, address client queries and concerns in a timely manner, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless service experience.
