Team Member – Claim Control (Group Corporate)

The employer is looking for a motivated professional to join its Claim Control team under the Group Corporate vertical in Maharashtra. This role sits within the health or life insurance claims operations function and is responsible for supporting end-to-end claim processing and control activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and processing Group Corporate insurance claims accurately and within defined turnaround times.
• Support claim control activities including verification, scrutiny, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal claim management policies.
• Maintain accurate records and assist in generating reports related to claim status and outcomes.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in insurance claims processing or a related financial services function is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with Group Corporate insurance products will be an advantage.
