Team Member – Claim Control (G-Corp)

This role is part of the Claim Control function within the Group Corporate (G-Corp) vertical, based in Maharashtra, India. The position involves supporting claims management, control processes, and related operational activities within a large financial services organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and monitoring group corporate claims processes
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance in claims control operations
• Coordinating with internal teams to resolve claims-related queries and escalations
• Maintaining records and supporting audit and reporting requirements

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in claims processing, insurance operations, or a related financial services function is relevant to this role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within defined processes
• Good communication and coordination skills
