Team Member – Cashless Claims

The employer is looking for a motivated professional to join its Cashless Claims team in Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities:

• Process and evaluate cashless claim requests in line with company guidelines and turnaround standards
• Coordinate with hospitals, healthcare providers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth claim approvals
• Verify claim documentation for completeness and compliance before authorisation
• Maintain accurate records of all claim transactions and correspondence
• Address queries from policyholders and service providers in a professional manner

Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in health insurance claims or a related financial services function is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within defined timelines
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with cashless claim processes and insurance regulations is an advantage
