The employer is hiring a Team Member – Cashless Claims to join its health insurance operations team in Maharashtra. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling cashless claim authorisations and ensuring a smooth, timely experience for policyholders and network hospitals.
Key responsibilities in this role include:
- Reviewing and processing cashless claim requests from empanelled hospitals
- Verifying policy details, medical documents, and eligibility before authorisation
- Coordinating with hospitals, medical teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries
- Ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements during claims processing
- Maintaining accurate records and meeting defined turnaround times
The ideal candidate will have a background in health insurance claims or a related field, with strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under time-sensitive conditions. Prior experience in cashless claims processing or a TPA environment will be an advantage.
