Team Member – Cashless Claims

The employer is looking for a motivated professional to join its Cashless Claims team in Maharashtra. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling cashless claim requests, coordinating with hospitals and policyholders, and ensuring timely processing in line with company guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and processing cashless claim applications submitted by insured members
• Liaising with network hospitals to verify patient details, treatment plans, and estimated costs
• Ensuring claims are assessed and authorised within defined turnaround times
• Maintaining accurate records of all claim transactions and correspondence
• Coordinating with internal teams to resolve queries and escalations related to cashless claims

The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of health insurance products and cashless claim procedures, along with strong communication and analytical skills. Prior experience in a similar claims-processing or insurance operations role will be an advantage.
