Team Member – Cashless Claims

The employer is looking for a dedicated professional to join its Cashless Claims team in Maharashtra. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling cashless claim requests, coordinating with hospitals and policyholders, and ensuring smooth claim processing in line with company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage cashless insurance claims efficiently and accurately
• Liaise with empanelled hospitals and healthcare providers to verify and authorise claims
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements during claim processing
• Maintain accurate records of all claim transactions and correspondence

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in health insurance claims or a related field is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under time-sensitive conditions
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with cashless claim procedures and TPA processes is an advantage
