Team Member – Cashless Claims

The employer is looking for a motivated professional to join its Cashless Claims team in Maharashtra. This position sits within the health or general insurance claims division and is responsible for ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely processing of cashless claim requests from policyholders and network hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process cashless claim authorisation requests in accordance with policy terms and internal guidelines
• Coordinate with network hospitals, third-party administrators, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and expedite approvals
• Maintain accurate records of claim transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
• Provide prompt assistance to customers and healthcare providers throughout the claims process

Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in health insurance claims, TPA operations, or a related financial services function is preferred
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work under tight turnaround timelines
• Familiarity with cashless hospitalisation processes and insurance regulations is an advantage
