About the role
The employer is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join its Airport Operations Control Centre (AOCC) in Guwahati, Assam. The AOCC serves as the nerve centre of airport operations, and the selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe coordination across all operational functions.
As a Team Member in the AOCC, the individual will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating airport activities, liaising with various internal departments and external stakeholders, and responding promptly to operational disruptions or emergencies to minimise impact on passengers and flights.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Monitoring real-time airport operations and maintaining situational awareness across the terminal and airside
- Coordinating with airlines, ground handlers, security agencies, and other airport stakeholders
- Logging operational events and escalating issues as per established protocols
- Supporting contingency and emergency response procedures when required
