About the role
This role is based at the airport in Guwahati, Assam, and sits within the Airport Operations Control Centre (AOCC) — the hub responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and managing day-to-day airport operations across airside, terminal, and ground-handling functions.
As a Team Member – AOCC, the selected candidate will be expected to support real-time operational decision-making, liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, and help ensure smooth, on-time airport performance in line with regulatory and service standards.
- Monitor and coordinate airport operations from the central control room
- Communicate with airlines, ground handlers, and facility teams to resolve operational disruptions
- Maintain accurate operational logs and incident records
- Support contingency management and escalation procedures as required
