About the role
This role is based at the Airport Operations Control Centre (AOCC) in Guwahati, Assam, and sits within the broader airport operations function. The Team Member will be responsible for supporting the coordination and monitoring of airport activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations across the facility.
The AOCC serves as the nerve centre of airport operations, and the successful candidate will be expected to contribute to real-time decision-making, inter-departmental communication, and operational oversight. The role demands attentiveness, the ability to work under pressure, and strong coordination skills.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Monitoring and coordinating airport operations from the control centre
- Liaising with various airport departments and stakeholders to resolve operational issues
- Maintaining accurate operational logs and records
- Supporting contingency and emergency response procedures as required
