Chai Point is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Team Member for its location in Ludhiana, Punjab. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering a consistent and high-quality experience to every customer who walks in.
In this role, the Team Member will be expected to assist with day-to-day outlet operations, which may include preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, handling customer interactions with a positive attitude, and supporting the smooth functioning of the store during peak and off-peak hours.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Preparing and serving chai, beverages, and food items as per brand standards
- Ensuring the outlet is clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times
- Providing prompt and courteous service to customers
- Assisting with billing and basic cash-handling tasks
- Following all food safety and hygiene guidelines
