Chai Point is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join its team in Ludhiana, Punjab. The role involves supporting day-to-day store operations and delivering a consistent, high-quality experience to every customer.
As a Team Member, the selected candidate will be expected to assist with order preparation, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the outlet, and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth service during peak and off-peak hours.
- Assist in preparing and serving beverages and food items as per brand standards
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment
- Handle customer interactions in a polite and professional manner
- Support stock management and replenishment activities as required
This position is well-suited to individuals who are dependable, quick to learn, and comfortable working in a team-oriented setting. Prior experience in food service or retail is an advantage, though freshers with a positive attitude are also encouraged to apply.
