As a Team Member, the selected candidate will be responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience, supporting day-to-day store operations, and maintaining the brand's standards of service and hygiene.
- Assist in the preparation and serving of beverages and food items as per brand guidelines
- Ensure the outlet is clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times
- Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Support the store team in achieving daily operational targets
This position is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to grow within the food and beverage retail sector. Prior experience in a similar role would be an advantage, though freshers with the right attitude are also encouraged to apply.
