About the role
Chai Point is seeking a dedicated Team Member to support daily operations at their Ludhiana, Punjab location. The selected candidate will play a key role in delivering a consistent and quality experience to customers visiting the outlet.
As a Team Member, the individual will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and serving of beverages, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at the outlet, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the store.
- Assist in preparing and serving chai and other beverages as per brand standards
- Maintain outlet hygiene and cleanliness at all times
- Provide prompt and courteous service to customers
- Support the team in achieving daily operational targets
This role is well suited for candidates who are enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and eager to grow within the food and beverage industry. Prior experience in a similar role would be an advantage, though freshers with the right attitude are also encouraged to apply.
