Chai Point is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Team Member to be part of their growing operations in Ludhiana, Punjab. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a consistent and high-quality experience to every customer who walks through the door.

As a Team Member, the individual will be responsible for day-to-day outlet operations, which may include preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, handling customer interactions, and supporting the overall smooth functioning of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and serving chai and other beverages as per brand standards
• Attending to customer queries and ensuring a positive in-store experience
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the outlet
• Supporting team colleagues in daily operational tasks
• Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
