India Health Action Trust is seeking an experienced professional for the position of Team Leader – HR Systems Strengthening, to be based in Patna, Bihar. This is a fixed-term role with a contract end date of 10 September 2026.
The Team Leader will be responsible for leading efforts to strengthen human resource systems in the health sector, working closely with relevant stakeholders to improve HR planning, management, and policy implementation at the state level.
Candidates with a strong background in health systems, human resource management, or public health programme implementation are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in a leadership or coordination role within a government health programme or development sector organisation will be an advantage.
