The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for assigned business units
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer processes
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders
