Talent Acquisition Manager

Loop Subscriptions is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join its team in Gurugram, Haryana. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's hiring strategy and ensuring the organisation attracts and retains top talent.

In this role, the individual will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle — from workforce planning and sourcing to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination. The position requires close collaboration with department heads and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver quality candidates in a timely manner.

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes across functions
• Partner with internal stakeholders to forecast and fulfil hiring requirements
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Develop and improve recruitment strategies, employer branding, and candidate experience
