About the role
This role is focused on evaluating and validating system performance through structured testing methodologies that incorporate artificial intelligence and automation frameworks. The engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance test strategies to identify bottlenecks and ensure systems meet defined quality benchmarks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing automated performance test suites using AI-assisted tooling
- Analysing system behaviour under varying load conditions and documenting findings
- Collaborating with development and QA teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Identifying, reporting, and tracking performance defects through to resolution
- Continuously improving test coverage and automation frameworks
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in performance testing tools, a solid understanding of AI and automation principles, and the ability to interpret complex system metrics. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate technical findings clearly to cross-functional stakeholders are essential.
