Support SI – Outbound

This position is an outbound support role within the SI (System Integrator) vertical, focused on facilitating partner and channel engagement to drive business outcomes. The role requires proactive outreach and coordination with system integrator partners as part of a structured sales support function.

Key responsibilities include:

• Outbound partner engagement: Reaching out to SI partners to support sales pipelines and resolve queries
• Channel support: Providing timely assistance to system integrators to ensure smooth business operations
• Coordination: Liaising between internal teams and external SI partners to address requirements efficiently
• Reporting: Tracking outbound activities and maintaining accurate records of partner interactions

Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously. Prior experience in a channel sales support or outbound coordination role is an advantage.
