The employer is looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer specialising in castings and machined castings to join their team in Nashik, Maharashtra. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating supplier capabilities, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the casting supply base. - Monitor and manage quality performance of casting and machined casting suppliers
- Lead supplier audits, assessments, and qualification activities
- Investigate non-conformances, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and production teams to resolve quality issues
- Support new supplier development and component approval processes
