The employer is seeking a qualified and experienced Supervisor – ARFF (Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting) to join their airport operations team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising fire fighting and rescue operations to ensure the safety of aircraft, passengers, and airport personnel.
The role requires strong leadership capabilities and a thorough understanding of aviation fire safety protocols and emergency response procedures. The Supervisor will lead a team of ARFF personnel, coordinate during emergency situations, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards applicable to airport fire services.
- Supervise and manage ARFF team operations on a day-to-day basis
- Ensure readiness of fire fighting equipment and vehicles at all times
- Coordinate emergency response activities in accordance with airport safety regulations
- Conduct drills, training sessions, and performance evaluations for team members
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and equipment maintenance
