Store Manager

Reliance Retail is looking for a capable and motivated Store Manager to join its team in Mundargi, Karnataka. The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of the store.

The Store Manager will be expected to lead and supervise store staff, ensure excellent customer service standards, and maintain operational efficiency on a day-to-day basis.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end store operations
• Leading, mentoring, and developing the store team
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Monitoring store performance and working towards set targets
• Maintaining inventory, visual merchandising, and compliance standards
