About the role
Vikramaditya Hotel and Resort, Mirzapur is currently seeking a Steward to join its team ahead of the property's official opening. This pre-opening role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the establishment of a new hospitality venue from the ground up.
As a Steward, the selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across kitchen and food service areas, supporting the culinary and food and beverage teams in daily operations, and ensuring that all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned, stored, and made available as required.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen premises, equipment, and utensils
- Support food and beverage operations during service periods
- Follow established hygiene and sanitation protocols
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
This position is based in the Varanasi–Mirzapur region of Uttar Pradesh. Candidates with a background in hotel or restaurant stewarding and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness are encouraged to apply.
