About the role
Vikramaditya Hotel and Resort, Mirzapur is currently seeking a Steward to join its team ahead of the property's official opening. This pre-opening role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the foundational setup of food and beverage operations at the resort.
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across kitchen and dining areas, supporting the food and beverage team during service, and ensuring that equipment and utensils are properly cleaned, stored, and made available for daily operations.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining and kitchen areas
- Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery, and glassware
- Support the food and beverage team during service periods
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per hotel guidelines
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
This position is based out of the Mirzapur location in Uttar Pradesh. Candidates with prior experience in a similar stewarding or kitchen support role in the hospitality industry are encouraged to apply.
