About the role
Vikramaditya Hotel and Resort, Mirzapur is currently in its pre-opening stage and is seeking a Steward to join its food and beverage support team. This is an opportunity to be part of a hospitality property from the ground up, contributing to the establishment of service standards and operational processes.
The Steward will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen and dining areas, handling the washing and storage of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment, and supporting the kitchen team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen and back-of-house areas
- Clean, organise, and store kitchen utensils, equipment, and dishware
- Support kitchen and banquet teams during service periods
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment
