The employer is building its pre-opening team for a hotel and resort property located in the Mirzapur area, Uttar Pradesh. This is an opportunity to join the establishment at a foundational stage and contribute to setting up operational standards from the ground up.
The Steward will be responsible for supporting the food and beverage department by maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and dining areas, handling crockery, cutlery, and equipment, and assisting the culinary and service teams as required.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and back-of-house areas
- Support food and beverage operations during the pre-opening and post-launch phases
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols as per hotel standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
