Steward – Pre-Opening Hotel & Resort
A steward is sought to join the food and beverage team at a hotel and resort currently in its pre-opening phase, contributing to the setup and daily operations of the property.
About the role
This is an opportunity to be part of the core team at a hotel and resort ahead of its official launch. The steward role is integral to the food and beverage operation, supporting service standards from the ground up during the critical pre-opening period.
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation in kitchen and dining areas, handling crockery, cutlery, and equipment, and assisting the F&B team in delivering smooth day-to-day service operations.
Working in a pre-opening environment offers exposure to the full process of establishing a hospitality property, from setting up operational workflows to implementing hygiene and service standards before the first guests arrive.
