Steward – Pre-Opening | Hospitality

A hotel and resort property in Mirzapur is currently recruiting a Steward as part of its pre-opening team. This is a foundational hire, offering the candidate a chance to be involved in establishing the food and beverage service standards of the property from the very beginning.

The Steward will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring cleanliness, proper handling of equipment, and assisting the service team as required during the pre-opening and subsequent operational phases.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards across kitchen and service areas
• Handling, cleaning, and storing crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment
• Supporting the food and beverage team during service periods
• Adhering to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
