Staff Product Manager – Continuous Deployment

The employer is seeking an experienced Staff Product Manager to own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for its Continuous Deployment module. This is a senior individual-contributor role that requires deep expertise in DevOps workflows, deployment pipelines, and developer tooling.
The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to define and deliver features that help engineering organisations ship software faster and more reliably. Strong analytical thinking, customer empathy, and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear product decisions are essential.
- Define and maintain a prioritised product roadmap for the Continuous Deployment module
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design to drive end-to-end feature delivery
- Engage directly with customers and prospects to gather insights and validate solutions
- Work with sales, marketing, and customer success to support go-to-market initiatives
- Establish and track key metrics to measure product success and inform future investments
Candidates should bring a proven track record in product management within a B2B SaaS or developer-tools environment, along with a solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and cloud-native infrastructure. Prior experience in a staff or senior PM role is strongly preferred.
