An established automotive technology organisation is looking for a Senior Manager – Total Rewards to join its human resources leadership team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This is a senior-level role responsible for shaping and executing the company's total rewards philosophy across its India operations.
The successful candidate will oversee the design, implementation, and governance of compensation structures, benefits programmes, and rewards frameworks that attract, retain, and motivate talent. The role requires close collaboration with HR business partners, finance, and senior leadership to ensure rewards strategies remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with organisational goals.
- Lead end-to-end total rewards strategy including base pay, variable pay, and benefits
- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive compensation positioning
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour regulations and internal governance standards
- Partner with global HR teams to align India rewards practices with broader organisational frameworks
