The employer is looking for a seasoned Sr. Manager – Total Rewards to join its Human Resources leadership team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This role is central to designing, implementing, and managing the organisation's total rewards framework, ensuring it remains competitive, equitable, and aligned with overall business objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing compensation structures, benefits programmes, and incentive schemes across the organisation. Working closely with senior HR and business stakeholders, this individual will use data-driven insights to evaluate market trends and recommend adjustments that attract and retain top talent.
- Lead end-to-end total rewards strategy including compensation benchmarking and benefits administration
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Finance to ensure rewards programmes are cost-effective and compliant
- Analyse market data and internal pay equity to inform compensation decisions
- Drive communication and change management initiatives related to rewards policies
