Google is seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to join the Search Platforms team within its Search organisation in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This leadership role sits at the intersection of large-scale systems engineering and people management, requiring both deep technical expertise and a proven ability to grow high-performing teams.
In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for guiding engineers working on Search Platforms, setting technical direction, and ensuring the reliable development and delivery of platform-level solutions that support Google Search at scale.
