Google is seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead teams working on Search Platforms within its Search organisation, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role sits at the intersection of technical depth and people leadership, requiring the ability to guide engineers in designing and delivering large-scale search infrastructure and platform solutions.
As a manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for setting technical direction, driving execution across projects, and mentoring a team of software engineers. Strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders across Google's global Search teams will be a core part of the position.
