This role is an opportunity to lead software engineering teams working on Search Platforms within Google's Search organisation, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The position sits at the intersection of technical leadership and people management, requiring both strong engineering acumen and the ability to grow high-performing teams.
As an Engineering Manager, the individual will be responsible for setting technical direction, overseeing the design and delivery of platform-level systems, and ensuring engineering excellence across the team. Close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders — including product managers, researchers, and partner engineering teams — will be central to the role.
