About the role
This role is an opportunity to lead software engineering teams working on Search Platforms within Google's Search organisation. The position calls for a manager who can balance hands-on technical depth with strong people leadership to guide teams delivering platform-level solutions that power search at scale.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting technical direction, driving architectural decisions, and ensuring the team delivers reliable, high-quality systems.
