This is a Software Engineer Manager role within the Search Platforms division of the Search organisation. The position involves leading a team of software engineers responsible for developing and maintaining the foundational platforms that power Search products.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide both technical direction and people management, guiding engineers through complex system design decisions while supporting their professional growth and day-to-day work.
