About the role
This is a leadership role within the Search Platforms organisation, responsible for managing a team of software engineers focused on building and improving core search infrastructure. The position requires a blend of strong technical expertise and people management skills to guide the team toward meaningful outcomes.
The successful candidate will be expected to define technical direction, oversee project execution, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, research, and other engineering teams. Ensuring engineering excellence, code quality, and timely delivery are central responsibilities of the role.
