The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of software engineers, driving technical strategy, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Candidates are expected to bring a strong foundation in software engineering, a track record of leading high-performing development teams, and the ability to navigate complex, large-scale distributed systems. Experience working on international or payments-related technology is considered an advantage.
