The successful candidate will partner closely with product managers, scientists, and cross-functional stakeholders to define technical direction, prioritise roadmaps, and deliver high-quality software at scale. A strong emphasis is placed on mentoring engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, and maintaining engineering excellence.
