About the role
Amazon is looking for an experienced Software Development Manager to lead engineering efforts within the Alexa Growth organisation. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of software development engineers while guiding the technical direction of growth-focused products and features for Alexa.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in software engineering combined with proven experience leading high-performing development teams. They will be expected to drive execution across the full software development lifecycle, balancing short-term delivery goals with long-term architectural quality.
