About the role
The employer is seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead engineering efforts within the Alexa Growth organisation. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for guiding high-performing software development teams in building and scaling features that expand Alexa's reach and engagement globally.
The successful candidate will work closely with product, design, and science teams to define technical direction, set engineering standards, and deliver complex projects end-to-end. They will be expected to mentor engineers, manage team health, and contribute to hiring and organisational growth.
